An Out-of-State Assessment includes:
- Assessment Screening
- Referral in Case Management
Additional Information:
- Intake fee is required to enroll
- Walk-ins are welcomed but best to schedule an appointment
- Weekly payments of $45 are required (We accept cash, money orders, credit, or debit)
- Financial Assistance (extended payments) are available to those who qualify
