We are OPEN and walk-ins are welcomed during business hours! You may also call us and schedule an appointment to get yourself enrolled whether you have been convicted or still awaiting for conviction!
Our locations are all holding in-person activities for all services during this time. We have taken our part in the safety of you and our staff into the new year.
Been convicted or awaiting charges? Services are provided to those in need to enroll and complete a court approved program or can be done to comply with the DMV.
Our location provides a variety of services; First Offender DUI, Multiple Offender DUI, and Out-of-State Assessments
-History
Our company was founded in 1992 by the Watkins and Gilmore families in our Chino and Long Beach locations. We identified a need for quality program management and excellent client outcomes through participating in studies with the Rand Corporation. In 1993, we established our San Pedro and Compton/Carson locations through management of Fred Kennedy Associates Incorporation a non-profit that was facing programmatic challenges. We have operated DUI Treatment, Batterer's Intervention Programs, Anger Management, PC-1000, Traffic Schools, and at one time, Licensed Driving Schools. Through 28 years our company has utilized technology to provide accurate and timely client information to improve client outcomes. We have maintained quality relationships with our industry partners, government monitoring agencies, vendor services, and our clients. Our board and management participated in community volunteer services, industry boards, and other work groups to improve treatment services.
We look forward to many more years of successful outcomes by contributing to these various efforts.
